1. Using this website
By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms. Please use the shop lawfully and respectfully.
2. Products and prices
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in Ghana cedis and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Orders
An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred, and we will refund any payment made.
4. Payment
You can pay by mobile money, bank card or cash on delivery where offered. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed, except for cash on delivery.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location. Please see the Delivery and returns page for fees and timings.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery as described on the Delivery and returns page. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
7. Liability
We are not liable for delays or losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
