Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, contact us before your order ships and we will update it.
What if I am not home?
The courier will call you and try again, or leave the parcel with a neighbour you approve.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days after we receive your return.
Who pays for return delivery?
We pay when the item is faulty or wrong. Otherwise the return fee is deducted from your refund.
